Meal & exercise log: 14.03.2014

Breakfast (5.16am): 1 hops with 2 tbsp. tuna salad, 1 tbsp. mayonnaise, salad with lettuce, and tomatoes, 1/2 cup almond milk, 3/4 cup coconut juice.

A.M. snack (9.30am): 3/4 cup coconut water.

Lunch (10.54am): 2oz plantain, 4oz kidney beans, 1 BBQ drumstick, 4oz boiled potatoes, 3/4 cup coconut juice, 1 cup water.

P.M. snack (4.00pm): 14 grapes, 12 almonds, 1 cup water.

Dinner (5.00pm): 3inch sub with tuna, green pepper, pineapple, cucumber, tomato, onion in Italian bread with pepper, mustard and shadon beni sauce, 1cup water

Unplanned meals:

8.20 pm: Remainder of sub, 1 cup water, 3/4 cup coconut water

11.30 pm: 1 chicken patty, 1 hops, lettuce, cucumber, tomato, 1tbsp. BBQ sauce, 1 cup chai tea

Medication: 1 Pantecta 15 minutes before dinner, 1 Glucophage and 1 Fluoxetine after dinner.
