I’d planned to start my exercise and diet regimen from the 1st of this month. Alas, things happened and I put it off til today. Last night I had a chat with darling about what I’d planned to do (Yoga & hopping on the elliptical) and we made some changes.

My body is very weak right now, I have breathing problems and I lose sensation in my limbs if I use them for short periods. So, my compulsory activity is down to making a lap around the neighborhood at mornings for that Vitamin D and making dinner.

Day one went well enough. I stopped being able to feel my legs 2/3 of the way back and I made dinner last night. So, I‘ve cheated a little. I’m not gonna lie, the aftermath is very unpleasant. My legs, knees and heels hurt, the soles of my feet are tingling. The Raynaud’s flared up in my hands and arms, breathing was okay luckily. It didn’t help that I woke up with a headache but I got it done anyway. Go me!

Hopefully, tomorrow will be the same or better.
